Our Process
Meet n' Greet
After an inital phone call, we will meet on-site to determine your goals for the space and look at any inspiration photos you may have. We will show you exactly what you will receive throughout the design process including examples of concept drawings & accompanying power point presentation.
Site development
Once you sign on for design, we will come measure the space, take photos and do a complete site analysis. We can further define and review any design objectives at this time.
Design n' Refine
Next we create a scaled conceptual plan and present it to you along with plenty of inspiration photos, mood boards and material samples when appropriate. After plenty of feedback from you, the client, we will create a final plan or refine the plan for further review and feedback. The plan is computer generated, colored, labeled and appropriate for HOA submittal and estimates from contractors.
Build
Along with licensed partner contractor, Rock and Rose Landscape Construction, allow us to manage the project from design through construction for a truly seamless approach to your project.
There is no mistaking the quality of the installation when the designer is included in the build process. From layout, lighting, plant placement and all the special touches in between, you'll be happy with your yard for years to come.
